Description
Polyriser is one type of through-the-weave TPE-P covered hose which is made of TPE-P materials approved according to NSF 61 standard. Polyriser hoses shall be made from 100% high tenacity virgin synthetic yarn circular woven and completely, totally embedded in the TPE-P compound, excellent protected against mechanical damage, forming a single homogenous construction without the use of any glues or adhesives of any type.
Polyriser is a flexible rising pipe, but not so flexible as Welline hose. Polyriser hoses perform better in age-resistance than Welline hoses. It is theoretically supposed to be used for 30-50 years. Its usage period is longer than that of any other comparable flexible rising pipes in the world.
Inner tube and cover: Smooth TPE-P cover and tube. A strip of reinforced TPE-P on the side of cover to support the electrical cables and accessories
Reinforcement: Circular woven polyester jacket
Couplings: Stainless steel couplings with BSP thread, Stainless steel conical couplings with BSP thread etc.
Welline meet the following potable water certificatons:
Meet NSF 61 standard, USA
